FAQs

Is the AHA online portion required?

Yes. For blended learning, you must complete the official AHA online module before the in-person skills check. Bring your completion certificate.

How long does the skills session take?

Most skills checks are brief (often under an hour for BLS/CPR). ACLS/PALS may run longer due to team scenarios and megacode testing.

When do I get my eCard?

After you pass the skills check and complete any paperwork, your AHA eCard is typically issued the same day via email.
