This was such a great experience. I was a bit nervous about having to renew my ACLS and BLS certifications but CPR tally made it seamless. I showed up, received my materials, the Instructor, Dr.Mack-Delavallade was extremely knowledgable and articulated herself well as a teacher. She answered any an all questions and made sure everyone was on the same page!!! I'd definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone. The only thing I will say is I don't recall them having or telling us a time, granted no one including myself asked for one, that it would be over. My class was at 9am I left the facility a little after 1ish. I did zip through my exams and walk out with 2 certifications but I was also late to work because I didn't think to ask.

I recently took the ACLS skills class and had a really great experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the class comfortable and engaging. They encouraged questions and made sure everyone understood the material, which really helped build confidence. The hands-on scenarios were especially helpful and felt very realistic, allowing us to practice skills and work as a team in situations similar to what we see in real life. The course was well-organized, up to date with current guidelines, and focused on practical application. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to refresh, renew or strengthen their skills.
