2. Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, register for courses (including via Enrollware), contact us, or interact with us offline/online. It applies to U.S. visitors and, where noted, provides additional disclosures for certain jurisdictions (e.g., California, EU/UK).

3. Information we collect

  • Identifiers & Contact Info: name, email, phone number, mailing address, organization.
  • Training & Transaction Data: course selections, registration details, attendance, certifications (e.g., AHA eCards), payment status (payment cards processed by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications: emails, form submissions, support requests, call/voicemail metadata.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referral URLs, timestamps, cookie/analytics identifiers.
  • Location Data: general location from IP or as provided (e.g., address for on-site quotes).
  • User-Generated Content: survey responses, reviews, testimonials (as submitted).

4. Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you (forms, phone/email, in-person attendance).
  • Enrollware (registration & scheduling system).
  • Payment processors (payment confirmations; not full card details).
  • Analytics & tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Trustindex reviews widget).
  • Referrals (e.g., employer/school providing attendee rosters for group bookings).

5. How we use personal information

  • Course delivery: manage registrations, rosters, attendance, AHA eCards, and certificates.
  • Customer service: respond to inquiries and support requests.
  • Operations: scheduling, confirmations, reminders, billing, accounting, and recordkeeping.
  • Safety & compliance: verify identity, prevent fraud/abuse, comply with laws and AHA program rules.
  • Communications & marketing: send updates about classes, policy changes, or promotions (opt-out anytime).
  • Website performance & security: analytics, debugging, and improving site usability.

6. Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

  • Contract (to provide requested training/services)
  • Legitimate interests (improve services, prevent fraud, secure systems)
  • Consent (certain marketing, cookies, optional data)
  • Legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory)

7. Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We may share with service providers (Enrollware, payment processors, email/SMS, hosting/IT, analytics, reviews), AHA/program bodies, in business transfers, or for legal/safety reasons. 8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and analyze site usage (e.g., Google Analytics). Manage cookies via your browser settings. For analytics opt-outs, you may use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or built-in browser privacy controls.

Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to DNT signals due to a lack of standard, but you can control cookies as above.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal/contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify data.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults and teenagers enrolling in training. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 provided personal information.

12. Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of marketing: use unsubscribe links or email us.
  • Update or correct your info: contact us to request changes.
  • Access, deletion, portability (where applicable): depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or receive a copy of your data.

13. California privacy (CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. If we engage in “sharing” as defined by CPRA, we will provide a “Do Not Share” link and honor opt-out signals where required. You may designate an authorized agent. We will not discriminate for exercising your rights.

14. Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut/Utah notices

Residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling. To exercise, contact info@cprtally.com. If we deny your request, you may have an appeal right; instructions will be in our response.

15. International transfers

If you are outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses).

Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g., Enrollware, AHA, payment portals). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting personal information.
